RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I understand that by signing this document, I waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue Crisha Creative Dating Studio, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company.  I am voluntarily participating in a custom rug-making workshop at 1253 S Robert St, West Saint Paul, MN 55118 ("Activity"). In consideration of being permitted to participate, I agree to the following terms.
 

I. Assumption of Risk 

I understand that the Activity may involve inherent risks such as use of sharp tools, heavy machinery, and other equipment that can result in injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.
 

II. Release of Liability 

I release the Company and its employees, agents, and contractors from liability for injuries or damages caused by ordinary negligence during the Activity.  This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of law.
 

III. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify the Company only to the extent that my willful or reckless conduct causes injury or damage to others.  I will not be responsible for claims arising solely from the Company’s own gross negligence or misconduct.
 

IV. No Legal Action 

I agree not to bring legal action against the Company for injuries resulting from ordinary risks of the Activity. However, I do not waive the right to sue in the event of gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or intentional harm.
 

V. Medical Consent

I consent to receive emergency medical treatment during the Activity. I understand I am financially responsible for any such treatment.
 

VI. Health & Fitness Statement

I affirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating. I will inform the Company of any relevant health issues prior to the Activity.
 

VII. Safety Agreement

I will comply with all safety instructions, rules, and applicable laws during the Activity. I will not participate while under the influence of substances that impair judgment or coordination.
 

VIII. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota, where the Activity takes place and the Company is located.  Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Minnesota.
 

IX. Publicity Release

I grant the Company permission to use my image or likeness for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing prior to the Activity.
